    This delightful thatched cottage near Woodford, County Galway, sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The Humble Daisy is a wonderful detached thatched cottage near Woodford, County Galway. With three bedrooms, two ground floor doubles with en-suites, and a first floor twin, it sleeps six people comfortably. There is also a shower room, kitchen with dining area, parlour with open fire and a mezzanine seating area. Outside, there is a front lawned garden and a rear patio with furniture, as well as off road parking for three cars, and use of a rowing boat on Lough Derg. The Humble Daisy is a delightful base for a peaceful family holiday or a romantic retreat.

    If you are looking for a quite relaxing break this is ideal, the cottage is stunning and tastefully decorated to a very high standard with everything you need. We went horse riding in Slieve Aughty which was great fun and had a lovely meal in Woodford. Not ideal for kids especially in the winter and any more than 3 days...

    From the moment we arrived and were met by Mary Rose & Oliver who were very friendly and welcoming, they showed us around their amazing country cottage and gave us a few pointers for restaurants around the area.     Stayed at the Humble Daisy for a week and wasn't disappointed, on arrival we were met by Mary Rose & Oliver who were very welcoming and friendly and showed us around their lovely cottage.
