Cabin Holiday Rental
Once upon a time the cabin called Barnhouse was a ...BARN...! Rest assured, the animals are long gone and vacation luxury has come to Nemo, SD. There is a loft with two single beds, a bedroom (less door) with a queen sized bed, and a queen sized sofa / sleeper in the main room. There is a complete kitchen with small gas stove and small refrigerator to go with the bar-b-que on the 10 x 30 deck. All utensils, paper products, and bath / bedding are supplied. Also for your enjoyment: satellite TV and room A/C. Have lunch outside at the picnic table...! Roast hotdogs at an evening campfire...! Wander across the pasture and watch the trout...! Who knows what you'll see flying overhead on that 600' hike to Boxelder Creek...!...Once upon a time the cabin called Barnhouse was a ...BARN...! My husband, myself, and two kids (ages 6 & 7) rented this amazing cabin/restored barn from July 14-20, 2018. We had a blast! The cabin has so much character, it's nestled along a creek and looks out onto the beautiful South Dakotan hills. Every morning...More

This is an amazing cabin and the view is out of this world. We sat on the front porch in the mornings and drank coffee and watched the deer out in the field and crossing the stream. It is the perfect location to all the...More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barnhouse. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and Brian and Laura were excellent hosts. My nephew stayed in the loft and was very content. We can not say enough good things about it.

We had the best stay at the barn/house. Owners are fantastic as well as the barn/house. So glad we were able to find it and stay there. Joan and Brian have a wonderful place that they share.

Thank you, Linda and Ed. We enjoyed having you here and I enjoyed spending time with Kaitlyn and Milena. We have had three inches of rain since you left. Sincerely, Joan and Brian
