The French doors from the bedroom lead to the deck overlooking the golf course. A spiral staircase leads to a charming second bedroom (Second Floor) which has a queen size bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, new DVD player and private bath with new vanity & mirror with a granite top. The convertible sofa in LR is queen size. PARADISE VILLA: Deluxe accommodations which are light, bright and airy, with wall to wall windows, 55 inch HDTV and two 50 inch HDTVs, tiling throughout, cathedral ceilings, and a sunken living room/dining room. This fully furnished villa is complete with central air, new ceiling fans and two updated bathrooms. There are three flat panel TVs with cable and Blu-ray DVD players - High Definition TV with over 200 channels. The FAST SPEED Secure free Wireless Internet can be accessed at the villa. Free long distance to anywhere in US provided. A fully functional bright open kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, New Cabinets, New French Door Refrigerator, New dishwasher, New stove, stainless appliances, New granite countertop, new backsplash, new kitchen tile floor and a breakfast bar offers the conveniences of home. The dining room has seating for six and the bar seats four. The villa has a laundry room with Whirlpool full size washer and dryer. The PD tennis center is ranked #2 in the World for Best Instruction & Programs as well as #8 in the World for Top Tennis Resorts. The resort has a four star Spa and a fitness center.St. Andrews has a central location, lush landscape, excellent security and lighting, wonderful amenities, ample parking, and overall a positive community atmosphere.Award winning architecture and closest to all Palmetto Dunes amenities 'St. Andrews Common' is located directly across the street from the Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina in the center of the Island, making it very accessible to the Arts Center. From April through September 7 enjoy the free Palmetto Dunes shuttle service which will take you wherever you wish to go in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. The service will pick you up at the villa. The hours are 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Bring your own bicycles. However bicycle, canoe, kayak, and beach equipment are available for rent from PD Outfitters which is within walking distance. Outfitters will give a 10% discount if you stay at our villa. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys & boogie boards are available at the villa. Fish, kayak, or canoe on eleven miles of lagoon. Tanger Outlet Malls nearby include Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, and Carters. The ocean just minutes away, allows you to explore three miles of beautiful beaches. There is so much to do: spa, hiking, biking, swimming, bird watching, fishing, boating, golf, tennis, kayaking, visit marina, canoeing, dining, horseback riding or shopping. You will never forget your Hilton Head experience and you will want to return. The villa is non smoking and no pets. Minimum age for renting is 25 years old. We rent Saturday to Saturday.
