Lake view from kitchen, living room, dining room, game room. In the heart of the Pocono mountains, close to everything: skiing, horseback riding, shooting range, ATVs, hiking, water rafting, shopping, casino. The community offers: 2 community pools, tennis courts, 2 beaches, restaurant. House offers: hot tub, fire place, fire pit, private dock, 1 paddle boat, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 6 Person Pontoon Boat for Rent. (Great fishing) No Smoking inside the house. Minimum age of primary renter 25. (Excessive partying, fireworks, etc) can result in immediate eviction without refund. Signed lease & Valid photo ID required. Perfect Lakefront getaway!
