Sherwell Cottage is a former milking shed now converted to a 3 bedroomed, 1 1/2 bath roomed detached cottage sharing 15 acres with owners property. The property is situated in a private and secluded picturesque Tamar Valley setting, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Plymouth, Tavistock, Dartmoor and the south coast are all within easy reach.
Close to world heritage town of Calstock with it's viaduct over the Tamar , and National Trust property at Cotehele. Horse riding is available locally via bridleways and country lanes in the area. The South West Coast Path also offers scenic walking and further walking and riding are available on Dartmoor. Short distance to Kit Hill Country Park for more walking and amazing views to Plymouth Sound and Dartmoor.

We had a lovely 5 night break over the long Easter Weekend. Tracey & Peter were very relaxed, warm and friendly and made us, our daughter and our 2 adopted dogs feel very welcome. Situated almost equidistant between the North and South coasts and handy for Dartmoor this cottage is well placed for a holiday.
