Set in a quiet corner on the edge of a lovely village with great access to the Trans Pennine Trail, the Peak District National Park and local and national transport links, this is an ideal location for cycling and walking holidays, or just a relaxing getaway for friends, family and couples.

Silkstone common has it's own family run village bakery with award winning fresh baked bread and confectionery every day and one village pub with a selection of ales and a restaurant for delicious pub meals.

Super host, lovely house in a pretty place. Perfectly located for exploring the area. Only downsides are the wifi isn't great and the two single bedrooms are connected by a Velux window, so you can hear the other room and see the light being switched...More
