Enjoy away from the busy city on this serene and relaxing property. This property features a 270 degrees view of the Lake Manitoba. Enjoy swimming, kayaking or fishing on this turquoise colored lake which is situated just at the back of the property. We welcome you to Paraiso.
This lot boasts a big yard which is on the corner of the street where kids can enjoy running around.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise from the comfort of the attached sun room with your favorite coffee or enjoy the sunset with your favorite brew or wine. Very quiet neighborhood where all you can hear are birds chirping in the morning.
3 mins walk to the store, gas station and restaurant. Very convenient for days you don't feel cooking or would like to celebrate an event. Restaurant has a bar and live entertainment too...

Such a Disappointment for such a beautiful area
Such a disappointment. Don't let the pictures/staging fool you. Cleanliness was a huge issue. Appliances are so worn out - the dishwasher is orange/yellow inside. The water has a strong sulfur odor. We couldn't shower there because of the bad water quality. We used bottled water for drinking and brushing our teeth. None of the windows opened. The screened-in porch was dirty and had a wooden bar nailed to the outside door and the screening was broken, the windows needed a good clean. The furniture was tacky and worn, and we were afraid to sit on it. The kitchen cupboards had grease streaks on them and were full of chipped paint. The insides of the cupboards were dirty and contained all kinds of odds and ends not related to a kitchen. The bathtub is out of order. The stairs on the front veranda are not to code and if you have mobility issues, they are difficult and risky to negotiate. The second bedroom on the first floor has no window. No AC in the loft. The beds are ancient and sagging - no bedside lamps. The place had a very strong smell of curry. The roof looks in need of replacement. We would have gone elsewhere but nothing was available.
