The living space is extremely spacious, with many period features - original roof beams, polished wood floor boards, and deep window sills. The accommodation is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and an en suite double bedroom. This bedroom has a five foot bed, two large windows with a window seat overlooking the harbour, built in wardrobes and a wall mounted tv. The en suite is spacious, with a power shower.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has zip and link beds, which can be used as a six foot double or two adult singles. This bedroom has a French window and Juliet balcony overlooking the sea - watch the tide coming in from the comfort of your bed! There are fitted wardrobes and additional storage in a chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two adult single beds, built in wardrobes and a sea view....

Berwick-upon-Tweed is an atmospheric seaside town, located on the English / Scottish border. From its historic Elizabethan town walls to its delightful coffee houses and small shops, Berwick is full of character with lots to explore.
There are good local services, including a leisure centre and swimming pool, a lively theatre/cinema, night clubs and restaurants. The coastline from Berwick down to Holy Island is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with wonderful beaches and nature walks. There is a good bus service to all the local towns and villages, though buses to Holy Island are less frequent in winter.
