Semi-detached single storey holiday cottage in heart of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Large accommodation all on the ground floor.
Living/dining room with 32' Freeview TV/DVD player, large double sofa bed and patio doors leading to terrace with lovely rural views.
Kitchen with electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Large bedroom with zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin on request) and en-suite with large shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
Enclosed paved terrace wtih garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for one car.
No smoking.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot on request. Welcome pack.

We had a good few days at the cottage. It was warm, very comfortable,spotless, with everything we needed. Lovely to find the kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery and anything else we might need. Location perfect for tourist attractions, and also for Bull pub, just...More

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and ideally located to visit many National Trust properties. In walking distance of the largest area of open water in the South East, Bewl Water, ideal for walking or cycling the 12.5 mile route around reservoir.
Two minute stroll to idyllic country pub that serves great food.
Less than ten minuts drive from Bedgebury Forest and Pinetum, great children's play areas, excellent cycling trails for all abilities and Go Ape.
Ideally located to visit the Spa town of Tubridge Well for retail therapy; the fairy-tale moated Bodiam Castle or the childhood home of Anne Boleyn at Heaver; spend a day at the beach in Hastings, explore the historic towns of Rye and Battle or take a ride on the Steam train.
Getting around
There are some lovely walks straight from the door, but a car is really useful to visit the local places of history and interest.
