WEST LAGOONS - 22 Harbor Drive Unit 1. This first floor, 1200 square foot, mid-island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Two bedrooms have a queen bed each, and there are two single beds in the third bedroom and TV. The dining table seats six. Amenities include two private balconies, one overlooking the lagoon, and one on the street side, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, separate den with wet bar and TV, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, Wireless Internet, ceiling fans, and iron/ironing board. This condo is located approximately 150 yards from the Harbor Drive beach access.
