The bathroom, while not huge, has everything you need for that beach getaway and is accessible only through the bedroom. Please note that there is no bathtub, just a shower stall. A small bistro set is also provided on the back deck for an impromptu alfresco meal or an afternoon drink. If you need that weekend getaway for just a short time, this is the place for you; two-night minimum stays are allowed throughout the year. There is no smoking or pets allowed. Parking for one car. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVING AT 301 E AVE KURE BEACH RENTAL UNIT: The entrance to the rental unit is in the rear of the property on Third Ave Extension. To get to the rental unit, take Ft. Fisher Blvd S to Davis Road. Make the first right onto Third Ave Extension. The rental unit is at the very end of Third Ave Extension on the left side. Park in the grassy lot next to the rental entrance. The rental unit is not accessible from E Avenue. Do not attempt to enter the main house from the front door on E Avenue or park in the owner's driveway on E Avenue.
