This was such a fun house for our family reunion. We loved the different areas around the house to congregate and chat - deck with mountain view, beautiful garden with running stream and fire pit, well-maintained hot tub, lots of cozy coffee nooks, well-stocked kitchen and much more. Great location, too. Easy drive to our favorite hiking spots and Asheville area attractions.

Great vacation getaway
Three families with kids. Great place, could have fit another family. Everything was clean, elegant and stocked. Easy to find. Great hot tub and wonderful views. Loved this place, will definitely go back.

This home is Absolutly gorgeous and calm.
I came to Whispering Stream to get away from my hectic life and this home really delivered. The entire home is beautifully decorated. The feeling here is airy and calm. At times you feel as though you are in a tree house the way this home kisses the tree tops. It provides long range views; which in the morning are misty and mysterious and in evening streaked in orange pink. The Beds and linens were top notch, superbly comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. When I arrived the hot tub was hot, white wine was provided and the guest guide book was most helpful explaining how everything in the home works I.E. fireplaces sauna ect... Lots of gorgeous Art and décor in this home but not overly done.
I made a nice meal for myself and sat on the deck in the sunset enjoying the view. coffee, bathrobes, bottled water and chocolate were provided on every floor, there are three by the way.
I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a luxurious calm stay either by yourself or with a large group of friends you will not be disappointed.

Stunning views, beautiful home, and very relaxing.
This home is exactly as described. It is beautiful, clean, and updated! It isn't easy to find a home that accommodates the whole family (immediate and extended) but this one did! We spent the majority of our trip on the balcony with the amazing views, the hot tub, and the game room- but you will enjoy the full kitchen to make family dinners, the grand piano, and the outdoor stream. This is THE perfect property! I only hesitate to write such a great review, because I am scared when I go to book the property again, that it will be booked up! It is THAT amazing.

Excellent place! Had such a great time. We didn't want to leave. The house is absolutely beautiful! The house was well stocked with basic amenities and we had a blast in the game room!
