A rammed earth home that is very basic in it's set up and easy to care for. It is almost two separate residences or one huge home. Located just a short stroll from the beach in one of Dunsborough's most sought after area's this uniquely built duo is the ideal for two families on a low budget. With three separate balconies, two separate outdoor entertaining area's there is no way you can't get a bit of privacy to sit quietly and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also plenty of parking space for cars and boats and a fully fenced rear area to keep toddlers safe.

My family and I stayed here in January for a week and really enjoyed the easy location to one of the wonderful beaches in Dunsborough totally suitable fo small children, biscuiting and SUP boarding. House is big and roomy although we felt the outdoor space...More
