The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. It also has central heating and fireplace. The house has WIFI internet connection, many movies on DVD with DVD player, board games, outside chillout area, swimming pool 6x6 , BBQ area and outside dining area. The outside area/garden is very big and covers 4000 square meters so if you have a pet, bring it along on your next vacation as pets a more than welcome at this house. Private parking available. We highly recommend visiting some of the most prestigious wineries in Santa Maria, the Macià Batle winery, which are only 4.6 kilometers from the villa. We also recommend you hire a car to get to explore the rest of the island, although Santa Maria has a train station and very convenient to go into the city of Palma and get to know the beautiful capital of the island. Enjoy your holidays and do not hesitate to book your stay in Mallorca with us. ETV/13558 – Can Olivera  Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.   € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.  A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.  The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.   Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.    'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.    The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).   In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file.    Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.    The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
