This spacious air conditioned 9 bedroom / 16 room / 5 bathroom vacation house is available year-round. This house is strictly no smoking & no pets. Our house is child friendly & includes a baby gate, crib, pack n play, booster seat & high chair. Each bedroom has a fan and a CD player / dual alarm clock. Outside there is parking for six cars, a landscaped front yard and a small back yard adjacent to the brook. For rent by owner. A security deposit of $500 is required.

The upper level has a long hall with double skylights overlooking the living room. On this floor are a reading area, queen master bedroom, queen bedroom, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom & full bathroom.

Interaction with guests: You are welcome to call, text or email us with any questions prior to and during your stay. Although we do not live in North Conway (we are 2 hours south), we have a handyman and house cleaner who can stop in if you need anything.

Pine Brook Lodge was a fantastic choice for our large (12 p.), multi-generational family to stay while celebrating my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids and grandkids loved it. The game room/bar downstairs was a huge hit and it was where we spent most of our free time. There was no problem at all with shortages of glassware, silverware, plateware and kitchen utensils, pots/pans and supplies . . . enough for a group twice our size! Firewood was plentiful and an extra propane tank for the grill was provided, even though we didn't need it . . . nice touches. Katie was great to work with from the start of booking until the time we departed . . . very nice and accomodating. Everyone can't wait to return to Pine Brook Lodge again!

Great Home, Best Weekend Ever!
Great Location, Excellent Home, Extremely Clean, Lots to do!!!
Ideal for large group, lots to do for any age. House sleeps a ton of people and has plenty of space/privacy/activities!
My friends are still calling/texting to Thank Me for renting this Home and giving them a weekend to remember!
