This condo was beautiful and had absolutely every amenity you could think of including children’s books in the bedroom closet. We have been staying at Eagle Ridge for several years and it’s central to everything plus the views and the pool cannot be beat. I could only give this review 4 stars however Because although there is an industrial size air conditioner in the main living space, the bedrooms were incredibly warm despite following all of the owners instructions for keeping the condo cool, the fans provided by the owner and fans we brought ourselves from home. It was unseasonably warm in New Hampshire the week that we visited but it made sleeping at night difficult. Other than that, it was a beautiful condo in an ideal location.
