We enjoyed the stay and the unit was well stocked with utensils, pots pans and several fans Our only concern which will hold us back from ever returning is the lost car pass policy. Unfree lost a pass. Several owners we spoke with at the pool stated they did not agree with using passies never mind the 100.00 fee for replacement. We did not see any security or parking enforcement. I think a 100.00 lost fee for a piece of paper is excessive

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really had a good time at the property - it’s beautiful, open and located close to Mt. Washington. The only downside(probably during only our visit) was that air conditioning of the property was not working. Fans were provided in all rooms but that did not suffice given the heat.

Rooms were spacious And comfortable. The kitchen was above avg stocked. The location is great - not too far from town and a great view for sunrise and sunset. We would love to come again.

This was a perfect spot for an end-of-summer family vacation with our 3 kids (2-9). Beautiful views, lots of open space, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Close to everything in North Conway and lots of great hiking options nearby. We had a few days of very hot weather (90+) and found the condo perfectly comfortable for sleeping with fans and open windows. We cooked in a lot and really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Overall, this was a fantastic spot for a wonderful family getaway and we are grateful for the memories we made at Eagle's Nest!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “The Eagle’s Nest”. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, conveniently located, and had beautiful views. We look forward to returning.

Great spot for a comfortable, scenic, family vacation. Only negative was the lack of cable television. Netflix available.

Very clean, newer everything, well-appointed family-sized home! Just what we wanted! Great location, near Grama and brother, lots to do for every age. Thank you!

Couldnt get dishwasher to run so we had to do all dishes by hand.
