The property was very nice, with a beautiful living room and a great kitchen set up for looking out into main area while you prep/cook. More than enough beds/bath for our family and great light from various skylights and windows. Very convenient location with several restaurants walkable and First Bridge 5 minutes away.

This condo is a great space for family! Wonderful location and the Stonehurst manor has a restaurant and bar right up the hill! Property manager very helpful with great communication. We would definitely rent again!

The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Lots of room for everyone to relax. The location is perfect not in town, but not a long way from points of interest. The TV needs an instruction book with how to find local stations. I have stayed in various vacation condos and have never been as frustrated at the TV. My suggestion to the owners would be a general information book about the condo and the area. It would be more aesthetic than papers hanging on every wall. Some of the cups are microwave safe, but the handles were so hot one person got a burn, not a good choice for a rental unit. I doubt we would rent in again because we had to kill way to many spiders for my comfort. One or two during our stay ok, but some times more than that every day and some bigger than a quarter.

Very convenient location; 3 separate living areas gave everyone room to relax either together or quietly on our own. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Good space for groups of friends or 2 families with kids - excellent option for skiing or hiking with so many mountains and trails nearby. I recommend this condo.

This condo was more than enough for 4 adults & 2 preschoolers. It's a split entry so when you enter, the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths are down 1/2 flight of stairs. Windows brightened those rooms & it was not a musty basement feel at all! The main level has plenty of seating, dining room, half bath, & AC. All we needed was kid shows & songs, Amazon TV worked great for that. I was pleasantly surprised to see basics stocked such as ground coffee for the drip coffee maker & sugar. The loft was added fun space with twin beds & it's own sitting area. We had a toddler so we knew we would have to block the spiral stairs. He learned quickly what he could & could not touch. Very pleased with the description & communications with the owner Jessie. If you're thinking about this condo, don't hesitate, BOOK IT. the Grimshaws

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay and the condo layout worked well for our needs. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do. Jessie and Geoff were easy to deal with and we would definitely consider coming back.

Our stay was short yet enjoyable for two families of 5. We had a lot of place and it is close to attractions.

This was perfect lodging for my family and I while we were at Stonehurst for a wedding. There was plenty of space, it was very clean, and nicely decorated too. We were able to check in a bit early as to not miss the wedding rehearsal; the owners were very accommodating with that. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it as a nice option for anyone visiting North Conway.
