Had a great time staying here very close to downtown and the game room was awesome!!!

This was a family vacation. Grandparents, sons, their families including the newest member of the family a baby girl. Several bedrooms to choose which one was best suited to each family. The basement area was great for the grandchildren and the guys. The hot tub was greatly appreciated by the adults and the fire pit was perfect for oir s’mores. Communication with the host was great. We would definitely love to rent it again.

Had a wonderful week vacationing with our multigenerational family including 4 adults and 3 children, ages 4, 6 and 8. The home is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. Location is excellent and the quiet neighborhood perfect for family walks and bike rides. The game room and hot tub were enjoyed by all!

This house exceeded all of our expectations! I did a lot of research before booking, and I’m so glad we went with this place. The game-room alone makes it stand out from all other listings. Everyone enjoyed the full size arcade machines, ping pong & pool tables, as well as a nightly dip in the hot tub. Movies look amazing on the giant TV in the family room. Three full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms was plenty of room for our group of 7. We are ready to book again next year!

Our stay was as advertised and worked well for our mixed-ages family group. The pay-it-forward beer and wine that we discovered when we arrived was most welcome. The only snafu was our family firepit session was brought to a halt at 10:15 pm when the police arrived and asked us to bring it inside. We thought the noise level was reasonable, but obviously, a neighbor did not. Otherwise, a great stay.

Perfect house for a mixed age group to enjoy the white mountains in the winter! Kiddos and adults loved the game room, hot tub, and close location to many mountains. We’ll definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family get away. We had 6 adults and 3 kids ages 2, 12, and 16 and everyone had enough room and plenty to keep them entertained. Not shown in pictures is all of the childrens toys in the basement, my son was so excited to pull out all new (to him) trucks to push around. The Wi-Fi is great and streaming movies was smooth. House was well appointed with towels for everyone and separate towels for the hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. Driveway is clearly marked making the house easy to find. The showers were a bit tight but I’d rather have 3 full baths than 2 big ones. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. If I were to nit pick my only thing would be want room darkening curtains lol it got bright very early in the rooms making it hard for toddlers and hangovers to sleep in lol. Overall will definitely rent this home again when we come back!

We were very impressed with the space. Plenty of room for me and my children and grandchildren. The grandchildren loved the basement space and were there every minute we weren’t skiing! That made time for parents to relax and the noise level in house was much quieter! The hot tub was wonderful and a big hit after skiing! We will surely return next year!

The house was perfect for our group of 12. We appreciated the large dining room/kitchen with seating for everyone. The living room was very comfortable. The house is in great condition, and the game room (basement) and hot tub are a plus. Bob was very responsive to messaging through the VRBO app.
