Reminiscent of a guesthouse by the sea, this loving restored and updated 1950’s weatherboard home is only 21 houses from North Avalon Beach and features four bedrooms, with other optional sleeping arrangements accommodating up to 11. The upstairs Balcony Room has french doors with a private view of the garden, ensuite with marble benchtop and flooring, spa bath and double built-in robes. Along the eastern side of this room, large windows welcome in the morning sun above a small study area. The informal living area at the front of the home features plantation shutters and, to the east, a wall of long windows with french doors leading to the terracotta patio. This room has a sofa bed sleeping two.
