This luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom architect designed home has everything included to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The master suite is downstairs and it has a King bed and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. It has a large private ensuite with spa bath, double vanities and separate toilet included.

Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, which could easily accommodate 6 people. Bed configuration upstairs - 1 queen bed, 1 double bunk set with double bed below and single bunk bed above, and 2 king single beds in bedroom 4.

There is a family bathroom upstairs with separate shower and bath. There is a separate toilet upstairs. The upstairs bathroom and toilet are both well ventilated with large opening windows and fans.

I will try to meet you at the property to greet you and show you though the property, explaining all appliances etc. If I’m not available to meet you there is a lockbox near the front door for the keys (the code will be released to you when you need it). I live only 10 minutes away and I am happy to come by if you need any assistance with anything!

We stayed at Adele’s property for 8 nights and she couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. The house was super clean and in a fantastic location - we didn’t realise it was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! Lots of space exactly like the description says, we will definitely be staying here again next time we return to Perth.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adele’s house. It is spacious, well equipped and in a quiet residential area. It is ideal for a single family or for a group as the split accommodation affords privacy and plenty of room. There is also a lovely outside eating space which is shaded. All in all we were very happy we chose this house - thank you!

About the neighbourhood
You are within walking distance to South Beach which is a great swimming beach in Summer. There is a coastal walking path along the beach front with great sunset views. Cafes and bars are within walking distance. The historic port side city of Fremantle is a 30 minute walk along the coastal track or a 5 minute drive away. There are museums, art galleries and many places of interest to visit in Fremantle. The Rottnest Island ferry departs from Fremantle and you can spend the day visiting this beautiful island (only 40 minutes to get there by ferry). Rottnest is famous for its stunning beaches.
Getting around
The free CAT bus is a 5 minute walk from my property and takes you into Fremantle. You can the catch the Fremantle line into the city of Perth from the train station in Fremantle if you wish to visit city attractions like Kings Park.

Railway: Fremantle Train Station : 5.0 km
If you are coming from overseas I recommend you hire a car from the airport for your stay at my property. The drive from the airport is around 40 minutes (take Leach Highway, following signs to ‘Fremantle’). Free locked undercover parking is available at my property (double remote controlled garage). Once at the property you are within walking dust to South Beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a free CAT bus into Fremantle nearby.
