This little spot was the perfect reprieve for me. I needed a safe, quiet and cozy place to rest that was close enough to explore downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. Lots of good food and coffee nearby. The home owner, Melissa, greeted me at the...More

About the neighbourhood
Longfellow Market is across the street. An independent coffee shop and NiceRide bikes are a block away. Dunn Brothers coffee shop is near the rive. Many restaurants are within walking distance, including a Latino dance club, 'Rodeo'. The river is one mile away and has walking/running/bicycling trails. One mile in the opposite direction is the light rail which goes to the MOA or to downtown and the stadiums. There are two bus lines that run within three blocks of the house. Uber or Lyft are readily available.

Light rail, NiceRide bicycles, buses, Uber or Lyft--you should have no problems getting around town. I have put together a book of notable places and events, for all sorts of interests, so that you will have no lack of things to keep you busy and engaged.
