Come stay at: The 1910 House! Dog Friendly. Traditional Cape Cod Vacation home in Harwich Center with all amenities including free WiFi and Central AC. There is a spacious yard and deck to enjoy. Convenient location (500 feet) to bike trail and short walk to Harwich Center. The main floor hosts 2 living spaces (living room and family room), a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom #1 with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with shower and tub. The living room has 32 inch flat screen TV and plenty of seating. This home also has a stereo, 2 dvd players, and an IPOD Dock with radio for your enjoyment. Take caution on steeper stairs to 2nd floor - this is common with vintage homes. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. Max parking of cars at property: 2. No parking on Lawn anytime. PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation. This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience with a 3 pm Check-In/10 am Check-Out. Additional Information to Assist You: During Peak 2020 Summer Season (from June 12 until July 3) a 7 night Friday to Friday Reservation is Required. (From July 11 to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. Some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay. Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request. To Book a Reservation: We accept Visa or Mastercard only. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. We can help you with that upon reservation confirmation. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges.
