Approximately 2 1/2 miles to Hyannis Center and ferries to Nantucket and 1 1/2 miles to Kennedy Compound. Near Centerville River and fresh water kayaking and fishing areas. Nice,private back yard suitable for games, children, etc. Beach chairs & umbrella available for use. Wonderful biking trails a short distance. Close to the Hyannis mall and the cute quaint town of Osterville. Beach pass optional when you secure the pass with a Refundable $300.00. Security deposit.
