    Want a unique experience with a view. Then lodge on one of our houseboats on the Upper Mississippi river! With the dockside lodging the houseboat stays at the dock. We do offer pontoon and fishing boat rentals for those that want to cruise and explore the Mississippi River.

    You will stay on a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath houseboat. Our boats are fully furnished and include full kitchen facilities, gas grills, canopied top dock with a bar, stools and loungers. Your boat will also have a water slide for swimming fun.
    If you like to fish you can right off your boat. Like to bird watch? You are most certainly going to see bald eagles. Ever wonder what a fully loaded tow boat and barges look like and how they navigate the river. You can see them from your houseboat.

    The S&S office is open daily from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. My goal when you check in is to give you complete privacy, but know that I am here if you need anything. We also rent pontoon boats and fishing boats if you would like to cruise the river.

    We wanted to do something different for Bob's Birthday and needed a getaway that would be unique. We wanted to work on our art and be free to move around when we wanted. This was really fun, allowed us to explore the surroundings, drive over to Wisconsin, go down river to do some site seeing. We could go into town...

    Spent a weekend staying on a 10 passenger houseboat and rented a pontoon boat for a day and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The owners keep their boats very clean and well maintained! They are friendly and willing to accommodate every need! Would highly recommend the experience and small town atmosphere.

    The houseboat was very clean. Sue was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. She researched specific fishing requests for my son to fish along the Mississippi as we were unfamiliar with the area. A very organized, friendly, and relaxing visit.
