On entering the cottage you will find yourself in the cosy and traditional open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With original exposed beams as well as a TV and DVD player,the lounge is a snug and relaxing place to relax in. The sofa bed can be made up to sleep either an adult or up to two children. There is a charming dining area and the kitchen is equipped with an integrated oven and hob,small fridge with ice compartment and microwave. There is also a shared utility room with fridge and freezer facilities and a washing machine available in an outbuilding. Heading upstairs you will find a spacious,comfy bedroom with beams and a super-king size bed,which is a zip-and-link bed and can be made into a twin on request. This lovely bedroom is a light and airy room and has French doors leading out onto a private enclosed balcony with seating,a perfect spot where you can take in the views and perhaps spot some of the local wildlife. The bedroom also has a compact en-suite shower room with WC which is accessed via two steps down. Stepping outside,guests are welcome to explore the five acres of the owners’ grounds and enjoy the open space at their leisure whilst taking in the peace and tranquillity of the area. There is a seating area to the rear of the property and you will have access to shared lawns with a small ornamental pond (please take care with children). Off-road parking is available in the shared driveway to the front of the cottage. More

We could not stay in this property for a day never mind a week.with damaged and defective kitchen and sub standard shower only. This was NOT a 4 star letting. The kitchen was unusable, dirty and badly equipped, with no working space, filthy microwave, empty...More
