Holiday cottage for 2 in Somerset .which is available from Easter to October. Non- smokers only and sorry no pets.
17th Century Periwinkle is full of character, being mid terrace of three delightful Cob built cottages, accessed via a short footpath 45 meters from the road, where guests park their car. Tastefully modernised but retaining its charm with exposed beams and stone inglenook recess. All windows are double glazed and taps are lever action. The cream porcelain tiled floor and white walls make the cottage bright and light. Heaters are wall mounted and powered via electricity which is via a £1 & £2 coined meter.

The cottage has a well equipped bespoke kitchen, with a ceramic hob double oven cooker, electric Rayburn, microwave, slow cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. The bath has an incorporated electric...

Stogumber is a picturesque village situated in a valley in a valley between the Quantock Hills and the Brendons. The village is surrounded by farmland , lovely countryside and local walks. The Parish comprises the village, plus several hamlets, including Vellow, Capton, Kingswood, Coleford Water and the Vexfords. Stogumber is a mixture of colour washed and thatched properties, with approximately 600 residents.

How to get there
Leave the M5 at junction 25 - Taunton. Pick up the A358 Minehead road, and continue until you reach the crossroads signed Crowcombe right and Stogumber left. Turn left for Stogumber, be aware this road is very narrow and bendy. You will pass Stogumber`s West Somerset Railway Station on your right and then pass under a railway bridge, continue up the hill to Stogumber village. You will pass the school and Hall Farm Guest House on you right, continue until you meet the road junction, (opposite is Saw Pitts Close and the telephone box, turn left and past Wick House Guest House on your left.
