The attention to detail is continued outside too, with lanterns in the trees, a fire pit, barbecue and bespoke furniture, all crafted on the family farm - relax and reflect in the most restful setting. A little extra... A complimentary welcome hamper with treats from the farm including a home baked cherry and walnut cake (the walnuts are from a tree on the farm), Pump St chocolate, Paddy and Scotts coffee, marshmallows for toasting and Sloe gin made from sloes gown in the hedgerows. (Contents may vary!) The farm offers several other secluded and romantic places to enjoy the sunset over the valley or a candlelit picnic down on the meadows bordering the River Deben. Breakfast baskets, picnic hampers and evening meals can be arranged directly with the owner. Please add a note at the time of booking and we will be in touch with the details. Cabin: with log burning stove, full size double bed and a fold out oak table and chairs Kitchenette: with microwave oven, mini fridge, induction hob, butler sink and oak units Ensuite: with wc, wash basin, shower Outside: within a private orchard with ancient fruit trees and enclosed by natural hedgerow, guests have the use of the bespoke bench seat and table, barbecue and fire pit.. There are also bikes for guests to use, but please do bring your own safety equipment! Just back from staying here, absolutely Gorgeous, super cosy little shepherd hut in such a tranquil location , beautifully finished with lovely touches from the owners Daniel and Sarah. I love the fact there isn’t a tv as my husband is a tv addict so...More
