Kayaks or canoe on the private 500 m beach let you enjoy the shelter of the River Inhabitants Basin or explore one of the nearby uninhabited islands with gull rookeries, and secluded coves. There are numerous nature trails on the one hour drive close by Cabot Trail, but also on next door Isle Madame. The cliffs along the coast provide opportunities for hiking and bird or whale watching, accompanied by a stunning view of the sunrise or sunset, depending on the house you choose. So if you find no vacancies in our calendar, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find availablitly in two more houses or even on our 38 foot sailing catamaran with your own hull and private bath between two spacious berths. Our Houses are unique on the island because of its location directly by the ocean and its high standard of living. There is a difference between „ocean view.“ or real living right at the Ocean, just a few steps down to your private dock. Compare the offers if you are a nature lover or water enthusiast. Find more than 100 positiv and happy reviews on that private website. You'll find everything you need to know. The high-end kitchen like all closets and floors is solid wood and leaves nothing to be desired.More

About the neighbourhood
The houses offers excellent living conditions for every season. In winter, it is especially cozy to sit by the fireplace, enjoying the warmth, and gazing out across the water. We offer every watersports activities from kayaking to hobie 16 catamaran sailing, Hobie Islnad Adventure Paddle/Sailing Trimaran up to 38 foot Catamaran with kojies for accomodation of 6 people for day cruising or longer.
