With 3 bedrooms & baths, one on each level, there's privacy for all & yet lots of open space in the great-room on the main level & the game room below. Also located on the lower level, is the playful and fun-themed “Bunkroom” with a full size bed below and a twin above, and a full bath. The rooms on the main level are open to the cathedral ceilings above, as is the upper loft. The bedroom on the main has a comfy queen bed and the convenience of access to open living areas, bath and kitchen on the same level. A Plan for Relaxing & Entertaining: The Game room is complete with every amenity, full size Pool Table, fully equipped kitchen & drop-down “chuck wagon” style table & benches for dining or playing games. There’s a comfy seating area centered around the stacked stone/ gas log fireplace, with large flat-screen HD/TV mounted above & DVD/ stereo equipment & speakers built into little niches in the stone. Just outside on the lower patio, there’s a luxurious Hot Tub with towel cart, dry bar & seating with steps leading up to the upper level barbecue/picnic area. Entertaining is a dream come true, with a variety of settings from the porches & decks & Hot Tub, to the open patio/barbecue area off the side of the house with gas grill; perfect for open-pit fireside seating. 'Smores anyone? For additional ambiance and safety, there are little courtesy lights all along the steps & outdoor seating areas of the decks, patio & porches. We've just paved the drive and added WiFi to make your stay even better! Area Amusements : Convenient to whitewater rafting and kayaking just over the border in nearby Tennessee or North Carolina as well as unlimited water activities on Lake Nottely in Blairsville or Lake Chatuge in Hiawasse.
