    THE SPACE: This paradise on the lake offers something for everyone- fishermen, water sports aficionados, and folks just looking to kick back and relax. 4 Gorgeous bedrooms(3 with lake views), 3 full baths, huge double decks, a slip dock. A fully equipped and renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, washer/dryer, etc. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: Although we will not be there with you, we live less than an hour away, and can be reached at all times of the day:) THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Known as the largest lake in Georgia, Lake Lanier offers many attractions from lake beaches to concerts and restaurants easily accessible via car or boat. Rent a boat at one of the marinas or bring your own. Explore the trails up the mountain. GETTING AROUND: Super convenient location with a Publix and Walmart about 10 minutes away. Visit the mom and pop shops nearby and restaurants with delicious home cooking. Drive around the huge lake and visit Cumming, Flowery Branch, Buford, and Dawsonville (note to people who love to shop: check out the GA-400 outlet!). OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Winter and fall are particularly beautiful as the falling leaves reveal a stunningly magnificent view of the lake. Summer is great for spending long days out swimming in the lake. We have a collapsible step attached to the dock. And nothing beats grilling out on the deck while enjoying a beautiful sunset over the water year-round!More

    -Lock all entrance doors. -Remove shoes when inside the house. -Avoid scuffing walls with luggage. -No smoking or illegal drugs allowed. -Entertaining: maximum 10 guests but no more than 8 can spend the night. -Park in the driveway or on the side next to the mailbox. *Please do not park in the middle where our driveway connects to our neighbor's. If you do, they will be blocked in and cannot leave their house!* -Boating & swimming safety laws must be followed around dock area

    Difficult Access

    While the home was beautiful, anyone booking should be aware that there is not just a steep access, it is almost a sheer drop and sharp turn. If individuals have difficulty climbing steep hills, this is not a place that easily accesses the lake. Even...More
