Each of the two bedrooms are appointed with queen size beds and roomy closets. The full bath has a tub/shower combination and there is also a very cute half bath. If you prefer to be your own chef (and save money) the kitchen is loaded with all of the utensils to whip up a meal that can be served at either the kitchen table or on the screened porch. Don't want to cook - the Seminole Heights area is home to some of the best restaurants in the area. A washer/dry is provided in the unit. The owners live on the first floor and will be available to answer questions and provide assistance if necessary. We do now accept one pet under 25 pounds, please disclose your desire to bring your pet at the time of booking. Your pet must come with up-to-date shot records. There will be an additional cost that must be paid prior to arrival. The pet must not be left in the apartment alone at any time.More

One pet is allowed. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit. The dog should be comfortable in the kennel and not bark excessively. If you do not have a kennel, arrangements can be made to provide you with one for an additional fee. There is a $275 Pet Convenience Fee that can be paid at the time of arrival. If your pet does accompany you on your stay, failure to pay the Pet Convenience Fee will result in a cancellation of your booking with No Refund.

There is a front and back entrance to the apartment, however we request that you respect the owners privacy when using the back entrance as it is adjacent to their private outdoor space. Since we live on-site we will usually be available for questions.

Excellent home away from home

This is just like the pictures only better. Everything we needed was provided - clean, comfortable, nice personal touches, and a wonderful screened deck that was great for relaxing. We would definitely return!

Another great stay

Beautifully furnished accommodation, contains everything that you could possibly need. Quiet location on tree lined street, convenient to Tampa road structure for getting out and exploring. This was our 2nd visit and will be repeated!

You'll love it too

Lovely, spacious, and sunny in a nice older neighborhood---we loved it! Close to restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and homey. Excellent hospitality, so glad we chose this great spot!
