SANDDOLLAR C103 - 3BR/2BA Luxury Condo with large screened porch that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master bedroom and the living room open to the porch, with fabulous views. The condo is fully equipped: all linens, beach towels, kitchen equipment, full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two twins. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. We have beautiful tile flooring throughout the condo (it looks like hardwood, but is really tile). We have a internet cable modem in our unit, so you'll have free high speed wi-fi (70Mps) with a strong signal for media streaming. The TV in the Living Room is a 47' LED Smart TV with HD digital cable TV. Access you personal accounts such as Netflix or Hulu to watch movies on-line.

We use a local rental agent. When you arrive on the island you'll go to their office to pick up the keys, and you will need to drop off the keys at their office on the way off the island. Our rental agent has a maintenance staff and 24 hour answering service should there by any problems during your stay.

Getting around
Most of the restaurants and shopping are 1-3 miles away. Too far to walk, easy to bike, but most people drive. You'd want a car if you leave the island for shopping.

If you are flying, RSW (Ft. Myers) is about 35 minutes away. If you are shopping for the lowest price airfare, also check Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Tampa (TPA), which are both about 2 hours away but sometimes have great fare sales.
