The property has undergone remodeling through 2015 and will be ready early 2016.

This lovely spacious home is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and backs onto a small lake for added privacy.

As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable Italian leather seating, a dining area to seat 6, a recently remodeled fully equipped kitchen, and the family room with TV and audio. high speed WiFi is available at the property and is included in the rates.

About the neighbourhood
Set in a quiet Cul-De-Sac of residential houses, the road has primarily local traffic and obvious;y no through traffic. The property backs onto an open grass area with a small lake in it, the nearest house to the rear is about 450ft away. The rear garden is securely fenced to about 6 ft and backed by some low trees for privacy.
The house is in the River Park area of Port St Lucie, and has plenty of local places to walk, cycle etc. there is a host of places to eat and shop at up and down the US1 as well as in and around St Lucie and the area in general.
Getting around
Whilst there is a Trolleybus up and down the US1 and around parts of Port St Lucie a car is the most convenient method of travel around. there are sidewalks and cycle-paths too which is a great way to see the sights and sounds of the locality.
Nearest train is at Stuart which runs up and down the east coast of Florida.
the US1, I95 and turnpike also get you north and south quickly, each is not far from the house - US1, 1 minute by car, I95 and Turnpike, about 8-10 minutes
