Welcome to our cozy creole style cottage! With simple updates through out we were able to pack a punch into our cozy home! Our living room offers a an over sized couch that converts into a queen size sleeper sofa for those who might need additional sleeping arrangements. With a large flat screen TV complete with Roku, Its the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring our city and beautiful beaches! Our full kitchen offers guests everything they need to settle in and feel at home. With all the cooking basics and utensils guests can cook up their favorite meals effortlessly. Our home offers one bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A stackable washer/dryer can also be found in the bathroom. We offer street parking for our guests and a small side yard. This unit does not have central AC and heat. It has 2-window ac for cooling, and a gas wall furnace for heat This is a transitioning neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it and answer any questions. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area.
