We found unit 1111 of the Tidewater to be very average. It was adequate to meet our needs but there was nothing special about it. I may have given it a better rating but there were several items that couldn't allow for that. Firstly, the rooms were very dark with only one bedside lamp to light them. Also the room wasn't entirely clean. There was trash left under the bunk beds and long hairs in the showers. There was also not enough drawer space in the rooms to get completely unpacked and no hangers available in the closets. Condo elevators were a real problem often leading to frustration...waits up to 10 minutes (more on the weekends) and no air flow.
Advertised Wifi availability was scant at best.
We learned durin our stay that our unit was for sale. Perhaps this is why the furniture let so mismatched and we were missing many basic kitchen essentials. We had friends staying in other units that were much nicer.
On a positive note, the included beach...
