This property consists of the top two floors of a 3 story house. While it is a completely private unit with a separate entrance, there is a likelihood that the apartment downstairs will be rented as well. All guests are asked to be courteous and mindful of any neighbors both around the house and sharing the floors of the house. The pool, grill, yard and parking will be shared when the property is separated into two units so you will be expected to be mindful of keeping that shared space clean and orderly for other guests. They will be asked to do the same for you. Parking can accommodate up to 9 vehicles and is also shared so should the second unit be occupied while you are here, we can assist in arranging parking to accommodate all guests. In a residential neighborhood, safely away from the traffic and crowds of downtown yet minutes to everything the strip has to offer, this is the PERFECT location for your next trip to the panhandle! Without the high rise condominiums or huge hotels, you practically have these powder white beaches all to yourself! Less than a 5 min drive to Rosemary beach, its a quick and easy location to venture out and experience all that PCB and 30A have to offer! There is a dedicated bike/walking path that runs along Front Beach Rd and is well used. Its a great way to experience our stretch of beach and the magnificent views along the way! Want to ride the trolley? Enjoy trolley stops along Front Beach Rd that take you as far as you would like to go.
