The en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower. Two comfy twin beds are found in the second bedroom. Freshen up in the second bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Two sets of sliding glass doors open to the screened pool deck; sunbathe on two loungers or plunge into the 6’ deep saltwater pool. Fire up the gas grill and serve meals al fresco at the four-seat patio table. A well-manicured lawn surrounds the pool. Enjoy exclusive access to 110’ of waterfront directly across the street at your private park. Nibble on snacks at the picnic table; lights are available after dusk. Bonus: the homeowner’s private boat dock is available for guest use; the ultimate fishing spot or launching zone for kayaks and paddle boards. (Please note the dock is not available for guest boat use.) EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Parking is available for four vehicles (two in the garage and two in the driveway).
