Discover our Modern Design Waterfront villa, Leo & Luca's House, close by the beaches. Enjoy its heated private pool, its spacious rooms, where 10 personnes may have a confortable journey. The villa is 5 minutes from the Beaches and very close by shops, restaurants... Enjoy the quietness of the backyard, the water view and get relaxed in the the great patio with the soft canal breeze. As an Architect and Artist, my spoose and I love the Floridian spirit from the 60's. We did want to inspire the villa's decoration with this spirit and contemporany design as well. Our 2 children Leo & Lucas had also participated by creating their own Floridian atmosphere, inspired by their passion : surf, skate and Us football... Gorgeous "resort like" home
