We were visiting Amelia Island for a family reunion. The majority of the family were staying in a hotel in Fernandina Beach town but as a bit of a road warrior I had very distinct criteria for my vacation week. Those staying in the condo were between aged 8 to 77, so we needed space, ocean access, first floor (Grandma can't do stairs), a pool (in case the ocean was not available, i.e. riptides, jellyfish, etc.), washer/dryer in unit and air conditioning. This condo fit the bill perfectly. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, relatively clean and the beds comfortable and in a lovely green neighborhood. Everyone LOVED the master bathroom shower, there was a line to use it daily. There were abundant linens of good quality. Plenty of dishes, pots, a blender (very important for the 8 year old who has discovered smoothies) and flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room.
