Sitting on the backwaters of the Gulf of Mexico, with an absolutely gorgeous backyard view of Dixie Bay and St. Martin's Marsh Aquatic Preserve, is our Pet Friendly, 3 bedroom, 11 bed, 2 bath, (BUT with automatic hot water), 2,000 square foot waterfront ranch in Crystal River, Florida. Twin Beds can be converted to King with conversion kit. Let us know before you arrive if you want a bed or two, sit up as King. There is also a day bed in the living room and a pull out couch. We are only minutes away from the beach or boat launch that takes you to Kings Bay or the Gulf, so bring your boat. Depending on size it may be parked in the driveway. There are also two local marinas. For the adventurous, some boats can be driven to the homes sea wall. Manatee House boasts spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and a serene pastoral setting throughout the day. Amenities include wireless internet access, large heated in ground pool, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Plenty of towels, as well as linens, blankets and pillows and a couple days supply of paper products to help ensure everyones comfort. Additional costs are the 11% tax, $50 minor accidental damage insurance, $125 cleaning fee and $75 per stay per dog. In conjunction with Captain Traci Wood, we offer custom vacation packages as well, and we will gladly help you and your family/friends make the most of your visit to Crystal River, in the heart of Florida's Nature Coast. Capt. Traci will happily take you to swim with the manatees, look for dolphins or on a sunset cruise. She will also help you plan any other activity available in the area. Family vacation

House is in a beautiful location. Nice quiet neighborhood on the canal, with a large nice pool. Rooms were brightly painted and clean. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house for large groups. House was equipped with pretty much everything.
