This is a 900 sq. ft., 4th floor condominium at the Village at Breckenridge, a ski-in ski-out premier location which is 20 yards from the Quicksilver lift and the Ski & Ride ski school. It is steps from the Main Street restaurants and shops, the Performing Arts Center, ice rink, and 400 miles of local paved bike trails.

The unit sleeps 6 guests. It has a king bed, and a twin-daybed in the bedroom, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in both the living room, and the bedroom. The unit has a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy views of Maggie Pond and downtown Breckenridge from the unique 6'X6' picture window or wraparound deck.

Had a wonderful time, steps to lift, ski rental, and main street! Can't beat the parking, we would love to stay again!

This is our third consecutive Spring Break trip to Breck, and this by far, was the best trip ever! Our 1-bedroom condo was perfect in every way and we will definitely be repeating our stay here. Pros: -Location! Location! Location! You couldn't stay any closer...More

Getting around
A car is generally not needed as everything in town is walking distance from the condo. In addition, there are free shuttles to the neighboring towns and points of interest.
The condo is in a ski-in/out location so no transportation is needed to get to the ski slopes.
A car may be needed during the summer season if you are making plans to hike or bike on trails that are not accessible by public transport.
During the summer parking in the garage is free. A fee of $18 + tax is charged to use the garage during the ski season.

Directions to the AM Services Office (key pickup)
From I-70 Exit 203 Frisco:
T take Highway 9 South, and proceed approx. 10 miles into Breckenridge (There is a Whole Foods, Safeway and Walmart at the intersection of Highway 9 and I-70 where you can stock up on groceries and anything you may have forgotten to pack)
The office is in building called 'SUMMIT RIDGE CENTER', which is 2nd commercial building in Breckenridge, on the left side of Hwy 9 across from the 'Welcome to Breckenridge' sign.
For GPS users address: 11072 Hwy 9, suite # 204.
It's next to BRECK INN motel.
