We are centrally located between Disneyland and Universal Studios/ Hollywood. Easy freeway access to all the major tourist attractions and the
great beaches in LA and Orange County , such as Santa Monica, Venice , Malibu, Laguna and Newport Beach.

Easy access to reach Staples Center (Home of the LA Lakers, Clippers and Kings), LA Fashion District, LA Convention Center, LA Live, Coliseum, USC , Exposition Park . And if you want to shop or gamble, we are only 10 minutes from the Citadel Factory Outlet Shopping Mall and the Commerce Casino !

From LAX take Sepulveda Blvd. South to the 105 Freeway ( East). Continue on the 105 Freeway to the 605 Freeway (North) . Continue on 605 FWY (N) , Exit on Beverly Blvd., Turn left on Beverly Blvd, go approximately 2.5 miles and turn Right on Painter Ave. Go approximately 1.5 miles. Turn Right on Philadelphia Ave. , to Washington Ave, turn Left. Proceed less than 1 block to 7047 Washington Ave. Look for green house located on Right side of street. Park in front, street parking opens and closes up depending on the time on time you arrive. Please note parking restrictions , on Monday mornings, (west side), 5 -7am and Tuesday, (east side), 5-7am.
