We are located on the property to assist you with your needs. Once in a while, we do take the opportunity to visit our other vacation property located about an hour away from Seal Beach at Lake Gregory just 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead but so less crowded & so laid back. Full view of the lake from every room except the bathrooms (one has a jetted tub great for a nice soak or a fun bubble bath)! or take a vacation ourselves!!!

My Husband, Daughter and I stayed here and felt right at home. We planned on staying 4 nights but fell in love with the Seal Beach Guest House and had to ask to stay another night. It truly felt like a home away from home...More

About the neighbourhood
The Seal Beach Guest House is located in the historic district of Old Town Seal Beach. It is one of the last quaint beach communities left in California with the 2nd longest wooden pier. The town is only 3 blocks (from the beach to inland) & 17 blocks (ocean front).
The Seal Beach Guest House has the VERY BEST LOCATION for a one-bedroom vacation rental as you have NO STREET TO CROSS TO THE BEACH, just ONE HOUSE OFF THE SAND & 3 short blocks to MAIN ST. It is located upstairs with its own private entrance. It is not part of a complex but a guesthouse that was added to accommodate family and friends. Downstairs is a 3 bedroom single-family residence where the owners reside. It is a very quiet, safe, private and serene property.
Getting around
.A car is not needed to get around town. Everything is within walking distance. We do also provide a list of things to do around & about the area as well as a list of our & former guests' favorite restaurants. The first 20 restaurants are within walking distance from YOUR Seal Beach Guest House. To reach farther destinations, it is very affordable & convenient to use public transportation, or hire UBER or LYFT.

Airport: Long Beach (code LGB) - 7 miles away (SNA just a little further): 11.0 km
Long Beach Airport (code LGB) is only 7 miles away & John Wayne (code SNA) is just a little further but so much easier than Los ANgeles (code LAX). Once in California, we are a simple & easy drive on the 405 freeway (also known as San Diego Fwy) to exit #22, Seal Beach Blvd., then just an easy drive on one street for 3 miles to our Beautiful & Mediterranean Weather (that is what Weather Channel states) always warm & sunny Southern California Beach! Once here, you'll have a reserved parking spot for your car or rental (but you don't need a car to get around town - if sight seeing, public transportation & UBER or LYFT make it really easy & affordable).
