Beautiful restored Spanish Revival single family one story home in a lovely residential neighborhood. Easy street parking (with my guest permits). Lovely front courtyard with tables for outdoor dining.

Refinished hardwood floors, bathrooms with tile stall showers. Spacious rooms with extra spaces such as dressing room alcove with lighted makeup mirror in master bedroom, washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets supplied.

Walk to Trader's Joe's, Whole Foods Market, and unique shops and restaurants on nearby W. Third Street. The Beverly Center mall is 1/2 mile away. Queen bed in one bedroom, Full bed in master bedroom and trundle beds in office. My home is in the valued Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles, within walking distance to many attractions. If you prefer not to have a car, public transportation is just two blocks away.
The Grove has the best movie theaters in Los Angeles, and the Grove and the Original Farmers Market contain dozens of restaurants and food stalls.
A variety of tourist busses and vans serve the area.
I have lived in this area all my life and I can help with personalized sightseeing information if you wish.
Getting around
Of course you can drive to all the sights in the greater Los Angeles area from the house. It may be easier to use a combination of taxis, Uber, or Lyft and avoid dealing with Los Angeles traffic and parking challenges.
The Fairfax bus (2 blocks away) connects with the Wilshire corridor bus and the buses serving Hollywood and the Los Angeles subway.
