The large front porch is great for kids and pets or just relaxing, reading and/or meeting with family and friends. The separate BBQ patio is perfect for a Laguna outdoor feast. The house includes a large gas fireplace, central heating and air conditioning. Air Conditioning is only allowed in very few areas of Laguna, most residential districts do not allow air conditioning. Because of the location of The Cottage House this is a wonderful convenience to have, even though it's used a couple late summer months.

Love Lou's beach home. It was so convenient to everything. The beach was just across the street, restaurants up and down the block and shops in both directions. The only problem, we didn't have enough time! He had everything covered (even down to a baby pack 'n play). The feel of the home is so inviting and spotless. The outside sitting areas are wonderful for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We love traveling and this is on of the top places we have stayed. Highly recommend to anyone coming to this beautiful destination. The first half of the stay we were up in Malibu. We prefer Laguna Beach and the family was already talking about coming back. When we do, Lou will be the first one to know! Thank you!!!

The house is located right off PCH, so parking was never a problem. It was easy to just take the five minute walk to town or the beach without having to worry about traffic.
It has a wonderful little back yard that was perfect for my one year old grandson to play in, not to mention for breakfast outside. The house is stocked with towels and beach stuff to fit all your needs without having to bring the stuff yourself.
It is definitely a house I would rent again.

Cute, quaint, well appointed house with everything needed. Great location and beach access. Jeff is very accessible too.

My husband and I took our daughter, her wife, and our 1 year old grand daughter on vacation and decided on this home because of the space and location. It was really great! The owner popped in after we arrived and was lovely, even though we were much earlier than anticipated. Traveling with a 1 year old can be a crap shoot ;) and we desperately needed respite when we got it. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and dining area were perfect - oh and the front patio area- AWESOME! We had a great family trip and we'll be back!
