This lovely beach unit has a nice seating area in the front patio with a BBQ. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: King in the master, Queen in the 2nd bedroom and Queen and 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom. AC! Wifi! Close to the heated south pool with hot tub. Guard gated community, private stairs to the beach, two pools, hot tub, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, half basketball court, and a toddler playground.
