Accommodation Capturing panoramic views of the ocean, beach and sand dunes, the open-plan living and dining area includes a fully-equipped and oversized central kitchen, opening onto an elevated deck taking in the views and stepping down to child-friendly lawns with private access to the beach. Perfect for backyard cricket, entertaining or lazing around with a good book, the backyard boasts alfresco dining, as well as a built-in beachside BBQ, a hot and cold surfer’s shower and a secure dog run with an outdoor kennel. Wake up to the views and sounds of rolling waves in the main bedroom, beautifully spacious and featuring a queen bed with built-in robes. All other bedrooms are generously sized with a queen in bed 2; single bunk beds plus a double in bed 3; and a double with single bunk above in bed 4 which could be used as a second living area as it features a lounge complete with TV and L-shaped couch. With a separate bath, shower and WC, the main bathroom is suited to big groups and families with an additional WC next to the fourth bedroom. Amenities Large functional kitchen with updated appliances and utensils including oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, serving plates and cookware. Fully-equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Small safe in the main bedroom and parking for up to 3 cars. Additional costs include a departure cleaning fee of $200 and $30pp for linens and towels otherwise BYO. Please note, the house is situated in a residential area and weddings, parties and functions are not permitted at the house. For all of you who love golf, five golf courses in the vicinity will be more than enough, whereas all of you who find fishing calm and soothing, there are two boat ramps at Crookhaven for launching. Restaurants and shops including Woolworths are just minutes away and during migration period, from May to December, you can see whales right from the lounge room, crossing the ocean.
