The house has gas central heating and mainly double glazing.  Just a short walk is the sea front & harbour, situated right in the town centre and only a short walk to the railway station, so a car is not necessary, but guest have use of TWO FREE parking passes for the main car park, which is just a short walk away.  Set over 3 floors, via its own entrance at street level, stairs up to the 1st floor. The first floor: - Kitchen & Dining area, where there is a fully fitted kitchen/diner with stripped pine floor, large American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, huge 'range type' cooker with 6 gas rings & electric oven, kettle & 4 slice toaster.  The dining area has a big wooden dining table with 8 chairs, an original feature fire place.  32” flat screen TV, also a separate CD/Radio midi system. There is a washing machine in the bathroom area.  Living room: - You will love the gorgeous sitting room, with stripped pine floor, seating for 7, and a lovely electric 'wood burner' feature fireplace with slate hearth, perfect to huddle round on those chilly winter nights.  The spacious sitting area is bright with large windows overlooking the town and the mountains behind the town.  There is FreeSat TV/DVD, games, & books. Family bathroom: - Bath with a mixer shower over the bath, WC & wash hand basin, tiled floor. We stayed here as a family unit with two elderly adults, three parents and three children. The property is over three flours. The cooker has six rings and a huge oven. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked and presented beautifully. Next door is a lounge...More
