First floor, two Zen style, standard adult single size beds (good fun for children, 2 travel cots available on request) with a chest of draws, wall hanging hooks, mirror and chair. A step away is an easily accessible, newly modernized shower room 2. Detached, but only a step away from the main house you will find your own private home spa, consisting of a Hot Tub a Steam room - Shower, a PC, under floor heating and floor to ceiling sliding doors overlooking the large private garden. A spacious private garden with mature willow trees and decorative grasses. Views to farm land on one side and to the stunning village pond on the other. The front garden provides a great spot to admire the pond, feed the ducks, have a picnic or watch the children play in the enclosed play area located next to the property. The garden landscaping provides a natural screen, with a combination of feathery grasses, soft and colourful geraniums, bamboos and natural wooden posts. Outside the spa there is a sitting area with table and chairs, a bench in a quiet (thinking) corner and enough space to play. A Webber BBQ. What a beautuful location overlooking the village pond and next to the little village play area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including robes and slippers for the wonderful Spa room. Excellent 👌

Before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with information on directions and key collection. A member of staff will be available to answer any questions regarding your stay. Or if required we can suggest things to see or visit in the surrounding area. The walking is impressive and extensive around us, including The Nar Valley Way, planned routes are also available.

Passing thru the village of Wereham you will come to a sign for Boughton. Turn left onto Stoke Rd. Follow the road to find the village pond. Grassmere is located next to the children's play area overlooking the pond. Downham Market is our nearest train station. We have off road private parking availability for 3-4 cars
